Terms of sale
The rules that apply to every order placed on the VAGCUSTOMS store.
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the sale of digital goods published by VAGCUSTOMS — vehicle models, liveries, scripts and related resources for FiveM servers. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full, together with the terms of Tebex Limited, the provider that processes the payment.
Orders are placed by the server owner or by someone authorised to act on their behalf. If you are buying for a company or a community, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Products and prices
The products offered are digital files and the licence to use them. Nothing is shipped on a physical medium. The exact contents of each product are described on its store page.
Prices are shown in the currency set on the store, taxes included where applicable. They can change at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm the order.
Licence granted
A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the files on the servers you own or operate. Unless a product page says otherwise, one purchase covers one community.
Redistributing, reselling, leaking, sharing publicly or privately, decompiling, or removing protection from the files is prohibited and terminates the licence immediately, without refund. Modifying files for use on your own server is allowed; publishing those modifications is not.
VAGCUSTOMS keeps full ownership of the models, textures, code and assets it publishes. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property.
Ordering and payment
Payment is handled end to end by Tebex Limited through secure providers (card, PayPal and others depending on availability). No banking data passes through or is stored by VAGCUSTOMS.
The order is final once the payment is confirmed. Tebex sends the receipt by email — keep it, the transaction ID on it is what identifies your order for support.
Delivery
Delivery is automatic and immediate: access to the files is granted as soon as the payment clears, through the email Tebex sends and the account the order is attached to.
If you have received nothing after 24 hours, open a ticket on Discord with your Tebex transaction ID. Delivery is then completed manually.
Right of withdrawal
For consumers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost (Article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU).
By confirming your order you expressly request immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has taken place.
Until the content has been delivered, you have fourteen days to withdraw by contacting support. Business purchases are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal.
Refunds and disputes
A refund may be granted in case of a double charge, an obvious billing error, or a definitive failure to deliver attributable to us. Requests go through a support ticket within thirty days of the purchase.
No refund is granted for a change of mind after delivery, for a product that does not fit a setup it was never described as supporting, or where the licence has been breached.
Starting a chargeback without contacting support first results in the immediate and permanent termination of the licence and of any access attached to the account.
Support and updates
Support covers installation, configuration and defects in the files as delivered. It does not cover custom development, third-party resources, or conflicts caused by modifications you made.
Updates published for a product you own are made available at no extra cost through the same access, for as long as the product remains in the catalog. We do not guarantee compatibility with future FiveM builds or third-party frameworks indefinitely.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be sought before any legal action. Consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge, in accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code.
These terms must be reviewed and completed by the store operator (legal identity of the publisher, appointed mediator, exact licence scope per product) before going live.
